Out of Character

Keep IC conflicts out of OOC relationships.

If you had a disagreement with someone outside of the server, please do not involve the server; you may DM a mod/admin about it.

Respect everyone's opinions; debates are allowed as long as it stays reasonable.

Do not force ship to happen without the consent of the character's owner.

The server is 15+, you need to be over that age to participate .

Keep NSFW content to the NSFW specific channels.

Please be courteous to each others. While we tolerate jokes, we ask that you stop if someone expresses they don't feel comfortable with it. We have a 0 tolerance policy on serious discrimination and bullying.

Goddmodding is forbidden unless the owner of the character allows another to temporarily take control of their character.

In case of absences of over a week, post in the absence channel. We reserve the right to remove you if you'll be absent for over two months, to be fair to the other players. (We will allow special cases).

We ask that you try to roleplay at least twice a week.

Please tag yourself in this thread and write you have read and understood the rules.

IN Character Roleplay

Rules

Literate roleplay only. The only exceptions is for the IC internet chatrooms channels (for obvious reasons).

Responses must be at least 3 sentences long.

Metagaming isn't allowed; just because you know something doesn't mean your character does.

You are allowed to roleplay up to 2 scenes at once. During events, you will be allowed one more scene specifically for the event.

In case you're roleplaying a fight, to be fair, both players can roll a dice (k!roll); whoever gets the highest score wins the fight. Of course you are allowed to decide beforehand who should win.

Do not kill off someone else's character without previous permission.

Once your character dies, you can rework their backstory/change them to make a new version of that character, or switch to a free character (you will have to reapply as them). You may also decide to kill your character when you leave the server, as it's a fairly efficient way to end their story.

If you fear a scene you want to roleplay risks upsetting our younger players (extreme violence/gore/sexual content), please take it to the NSFW channels as well.

You can create temporary NPCs during scenes. These NPCs cannot be OP however, and can't be used as devices to override rules (metagaming/godmodding)

Be respectful of other people's time and availability. Understand that people dont have to RP and can stop an RP at any time for any reason.

The moderation team reserves the right to mute, warn and ban you if you do not follow these rules. You will only be asked to stop once before facing consequences.
